The Three Sisters is renowned not only for its unique interior design and impeccable service, but also for its inventive cuisine and exceptional wine selection. Dining in Tallinn is not complete without at least one visit to our restaurant, headed by chef de cuisine, Aleksander Fedin. When it comes to wine, we are privileged to have our hotel sommelier setting the best available list and pouring the glasses in both our restaurant and wine bar.

For the second year in a row, we have received the prestigious Wine Spectator Award and are featured in the August Wine Spectator issue, as well as on the magazine’s website. The award recognizes the breadth and depth of our cellar, as well as our ability to pair wines with our restaurant’s menu.

To be eligible for the award, hotels must offer at least 100 choices by the bottle and a large variety by the glass. (We feature 400 by the bottle and over 20 by the glass.)

We’re pleased to recognize our sommelier and Food & Beverage Manager Kristjan Peäske, who has successfully continued the great work started by Jennifer Mitchell. Our reputation as the “wine hotel of Eastern Europe” only continues to grow.

The Three Sisters Hotel stands within the walls of Tallinn's medieval Old Town, on one of the most famous streets, cobblestoned Pikk Street. All cafes, restaurants, shops and museums in the Old Town are most easily reached by foot. The modern city center is also reachable by foot, as is the port area. Should you nonetheless want a lift, our hotel car is always waiting to take you to your destination.
