How to change information in the chat window?

2. Move your computer cursor (on the ADMIN side) to the email address displayed at the top right of the page
3. A pop-up menu will appear - click on the Profile option

4. The information displayed in the chatbox will appear, which you can edit.
5. Once you have made your changes, press the "SUBMIT" button at the top or bottom of the page
