The Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA) is the only public university of arts in Estonia and offers high-level and internationally competitive higher education in architecture, design, art and art culture. Almost thirty specialisations are open to motivated, visually and socially sensitive people who wish to contribute to shaping Estonia's cultural space and a better living environment, and to develop their potential, thinking and acting as creative individuals.

2022. in 2010, the Estonian Academy of Arts was ranked among the top 200 art and design universities in the world (QS World University Rankings by Subject). The Academy collaborates with the world's top universities and is a member of major international educational and professional networks. Nearly 60% of EKA students gain international experience through exchange studies or internships abroad. Cooperation with both the private and public sectors is an increasingly important part of teaching and research. EAS, Port of Tallinn, City of Tallinn, Cleveron, Regional Hospital, Tuul, Spotify and others have been good partners for the Academy in recent years. Under the guidance of renowned lecturers and in an atmosphere enriched by foreign students, art students can confidently find themselves in the cultural labour market by creating new and necessary values.
