Are you interested in gardening or restoration? Maybe you're interested in small harbours or handcrafted log cabins? Are you drawn to wide roads?

Hiiumaa Vocational School 2024/2025 summer admission from 15 May to 16 August 2024:

Winter admission from 15 October 2024 to 10 January 2025:

Why study in Hiiumaa?

"School session week is the week to look forward to every month," says Markko Riitsalu, a graduate of the speciality of small-craft harbour specialist. You come across the sea, you dedicate yourself to learning and you're with other like-motivated fellow students. There will also be time to explore Hiiumaa's nature and sights.

  • three to five days per month (plus e-learning, workplace-based learning and independent work)
  • learning is (still) free of charge and there is no age limit
  • education- and transport-related allowances
  • taught by masters in their field
  • the opportunity to apply for an Erasmus mobility
  • comfortable and affordable boarding facilities
  • a place of inspiration in a historic learning environment

In addition to our specialities, we offer a range of complementary training, both free and paid. During the winter period, we offer evening gardening lectures to a wide audience.
