FLIR Systems Estonia OÜ infrared camera manufacturer in Tallinn, since 2007

We are part of Teledyne Technologies, Inc., a group of companies in the USA, which is a 15,000-employee monitoring technology company. Teledyne FLIR is focused on infrared technologies. Our products are used for rescuing people, detecting crime, saving energy, safe navigation, global security, protecting the environment, www.flir.com.

Teledyne FLIR employs 160 people in its Tallinn factory The applications for infrared surveillance are constantly expanding and our factory has grown every year of operation. The production lines are in two shifts, with SMT line operators and assembly operators. We manufacture the final product directly for the customer and we expect all candidates to have previous qualifications, but we teach our specialities to new employees. In addition to production workers, we employ warehouse operators, quality inspectors, electronics engineers, production engineers, maintenance, test and repair technicians, purchasing and logistics specialists, after-sales support technicians.

We prefer to promote our own staff rather than recruit from outside if they have good competences or leadership skills. Product development is not in Estonia, but that is why we have a lot of international interaction and the opportunity to learn from professionals from other countries. We organise events where the whole team gets together and most of them are free of charge for employees. We also support team events and sports.
